A two layer 3mm acrylic personalised name plaque. This plaque comes with a choice of coloured base and a white personalised name. This plaque is dispatched as a self assembly product, the front layer name is supplied with 3m double sided tape for easy no mess application. A template is also supplied to ensure perfect alignment with the base every time.
Just remove protective film from the base, place the template on top of the base and secure with a little masking tape. Remove backing from the double sided tape on the name and pop into the template, after all letters are stuck down, remove template and the remaining protective film.
Three sizes are available, as all names are of different lengths, the plaque will be produced to the largest size it can be to fit the selected area size chosen.

28cm x 9.5cm area
39cm x 14.5cm area
58cm x 19cm area
Command strips are perfect for attaching these plaques to either doors or walls, if you do require any hanging or fixings holes please just let us know.
